Ofsted Inspection Report – April 2026

We are pleased to share with parents, carers and the wider community our latest Ofsted report, following the inspection of Sutton Community Academy in April 2026.

The report recognises the significant progress made over recent years, highlighting the ambition and determination of our leaders, the strength of our school culture and the calm, orderly and respectful behaviour of our pupils. It also acknowledges the clear priority placed on attendance, with attendance having improved over time and this improvement evident across many groups of pupils. We are proud of the positive culture we have built together and of the strong foundations now in place.

Looking ahead, we remain ambitious for every pupil and recognise that continuing to strengthen attendance, ensuring that every pupil is in the academy, learning and benefiting from the opportunities available to them, will be an important part of translating the improvements seen in day-to-day learning into even stronger outcomes.

We are grateful to our students, families, staff, governors and wider academy community for their continued commitment and partnership as we build on this progress together.
