What will I study?
This course is NOCN Level 2 C3 Diploma in Bricklaying. You will learn all you need to know to work as a Bricklayer, developing knowledge and skills in:
- Bricklaying.
- Cavity Wall Construction.
- Health & Safety on site.
- Interpretation of working drawings.
- Construction Technology.
- Cladding systems and Solid Wall Construction (Garden Walling).
What does it combine with?
This is a standalone subject and will not be combined with other subjects.
Where will it lead?
This is a trade recognised qualification and will give you the skills to be a Site Bricklayer.

This is a one year course, the progression route is to Level 3 Bricklaying and combined are equivalent to 2½ A Levels.
Entry requirements
No formal qualifications, but there is a need for good literacy and numeracy skills. Construction at Level 2 would be an advantage.
