On Tuesday 14th September, (Wednesday 15th September for Mrs Lupton’s tutor group) we will be hosting a Year 7 ‘Settling in’ Tutor Evening. using our online system called School Cloud. This will be an opportunity to meet with your childs form tutor and ask any questions you may have following the start to term.
Please note that each appointment is five minutes long and the software will end this once the timer reaches zero. This is important as it ensures that all students and their families have a fair opportunity to obtain feedback from the Academy. If anything becomes unclear throughout the event which requires more than this length of time to discuss, please arrange with the teacher another opportunity to discuss further.
At home, you will need an electronic device with camera and microphone capabilities (such as a laptop, tablet or smartphone) alongside a broadband connection to mobile telephone with data.
Prior to the evening, you will be required to book your appointments with your child’s teachers. The system will ensure you book the right teacher on the right day

The booking system will open at 4.00pm on Wednesday 8th September, and will close at 12.00pm on Tuesday 13th September.
Prior to your appointment on the day, you will need to have returned to the link for your appointment. When you log in, your appointment will be available for you to access at the pre-booked time.
